RDT Group Acquires Jetro Platforms Ltd.

February 24, 2008, Tel-Aviv, Israel – RDT Group, one of Israel’s pioneering Hi-Tech and investment corporations, announced today that it has acquired Jetro Platforms Ltd., a leading software vendor specializing in virtualization products for application delivery and end-user environments.

Jetro’s products enable enterprises to deploy server-based and centrally managed end-user environments, thereby increasing the organization's ability to rapidly respond to changing business needs, reduce IT costs per end-user, and improve the organizational network security.

Following the acquisition, RDT plans to increase the investment in Jetro and expand its research and development and customer service capabilities, and to significantly expand its global sales channels.

Jetro’s products are being utilized daily by hundreds of thousands of users, in hundreds of enterprises globally, and are sold through an extensive global network of distributors and resellers. Jetro’s products are used by customers across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, government, defense and security, manufacturing, trade, utilities and more.

Following the acquisition, Ankor Systems, a subsidiary of the RDT Group, will join Jetro’s international network of distributors and resellers.

Ankor Systems provides a full range of IT solutions and services with a special focus on data storage, virtualization, backup and computing infrastructure.  Jetro will join Ankor’s partner portfolio that includes global technology leaders such as IBM, Microsoft, Network Appliance, Symantec, VMware and more.

The acquisition follows a strong growth in the customer base of Jetro COCKPIT® - Jetro’s flagship server-based computing product, and the exceptionally successful launch in recent months of the innovative secure web access solution - Jetro COCKPIT2i®, which is the first off-the-shelf web browser virtualization solution. These accomplishments and the ongoing growth in Jetro's business will now enjoy RDT''s solid record of over four decades of investment and management of Hi-Tech companies.
